Is There a Difference Between Animal and Plant Proteins?

The amount of protein that someone needs for optimal health can change depending on the percentage of animal and plant proteins in their diet. People are eating high enough quantities of protein all the time that they're getting enough of all the amino acids. Every single day, they're breaking down the extra amino acids they didn't need and they're converting it to carbs and fats. And so just tell you how much carb could you store if you ate more carb than you needed for the day? Oh, very limited, like enough to run a marathon and not even quite that. You'd store it in your skeletal muscle and you're in a liver, but it only be about a kilo.
