When a customer knows why you made the product, what problem you're trying to solve, how you think about it, that makes that product more valuable. So continuing this, says customers are expensive to find and to replace. They will become more so. The responsible company has to treat the customer as if not a friend, a neighbor or colleague who shares a love for what the company offers.
