How to Follow Up With a Sales Rep

I see a lot of weak email follow ups. They're super generic and basic. What I would I like to see and what I highly recommend is a quick response, even if you don't have the answer yet. Don't let them hang in limbo because that's just creating a little window for them to go explore other options. We have to be de-risking. And so maybe I seemed a little bit psychotic, but I prepped before the call and then within the next 30 minutes, I sent that detailed follow up and did all my admin and sales force. It does kind of depend on when I send it. I think best practice is certainly same day, at least within
