How to Reduce Working Hours Without Sacrificing Quality
When I was a consultant at McKinsey, we tried to break down complex issues into concrete and comprehensive ways. Once you get granular enough, once you're dealing with a question like how much would each customer spend, then you can actually do something about that. That becomes a question that you can make a quantitative model on or you can do qualitative analysis on. And more importantly, that can be acted upon.
