How to Expand to the US as an Indian Founder

Start from day one in the US. If you have any level of traction or product market fit from your local region, assume that that does not translate into the US because it usually doesn't. Don't try and hire someone to do this. You don't have to be in the US market to validate the US market. Everyone is still taking calls on Zoom. No one wants to meet face to face right now. So you can do this from your US market. I think everyone in India wants to build an India and sell to the US. The economics of it makes so much sense.
