Everything you needed to do to get big and jacked in the first place is the opposite of what you need to do now. So it's how to minimize the impact of the stupid shit. My biggest problem, okay, and that's something that I stop wanting to fix is I, I need to train every day. But if I rotate my type of stimulus, then I can keep myself somewhat responsive to training. If I go in a gym otherwise, it's going to be abdominals, going to be forearms stuff that doesn't have a lot of system stress.
