I think ideally if you actually want it to be you're like just in the zone pedaling hard. erg mode might might get you that bump by smoothing out the effort and bringing the average up but if that's not maybe not like actual racing no for sure. If you wanted to make a best if you wanted to set a best 60 second time you might do better pacing it oh you're not timeIf you want to set up a best power you may do better if you're trying to pace it or is your training trying to mimic racing right? I admired the dedication that's commitment no.
