How to Build a High Level Map
You create consistency in zoom levels, in the scale you're using between your different maps. So if you have your inventory, you can build up kind of a high rick. Or those people who are doing service design out there, who are listening and they're thinking, yes, i have a lot of journey maps. I'd love to get the started. Who actually takes ownership of that? Is it the one service designer who is really excited about doing journey map ups and wants to push it up through the organization? How do we get that started? And whose role is that?
