Are You Seeing a Change in the Workplace?

We need to measure how people are using the office and then redesign the workplaces with intention. I think we'll see more of that in the next 18 months, two years. Part of understanding people is understanding how they use the work space. If we can make the workspace is more productive, then that's good. People become more productive,. hopefully more engaged and again, back to the question about the attrition piece again, maybe less likely to leave as well.
