Are We Using These Terms for Every Uncomfortable Feeling?

We use these placeholder terms for every uncomfortable feeling. We're starting to label all those feelings, i think, over the past ten years as dangerous. And so what do you do if you're anxious and you start avoid i anxiety? You start to actually develop a series of habits that are designed to make anxiety worse. It's almost like the white bear phenomenon. If i told you, don't think of a white bear, immediately in your mind pops up the wateves a wellfits. But that's because whatever we allow to own us, whatever we push away, you know, that we don't have the opportunity to own it and to work through it.
