How to Dose Eccentric Hypertrophy
The way to minimize risk and flare-ups is to start with a moderate dose. The end goal is 105 to 120% of that one rep max of your concentric. Use lighter loads for home that can be done daily or every other day depending on the frequency you see that person in the clinic. Talk about doms, but not in a no-seabic way.
