How to Treat Running Injuries

The goal is whenever treating running injuries or things that are preventing us from running the way we want to. We want to end up in a place where we're doing an exercise that is running specific as in it's like you're running almost. And one of my favorite part in the clinic is making galloping non-painful within the span of like five minutes. With the right exercise, we can go from like a three out of 10 gallop, like pain in the galloping with the right neuromotor control exercise. It doesn't mean you can go run marathons now.
