The Importance of Vulnerability in User Experience Design

I think a lot of companies really don't understand why they have to be vulnerable. One of the things that helps endear our brands to our audiences is by exposing the very human nature of evolution and learning. We talk sometimes about vulnerability and interpersonal experience, but not so much from an organizational level experience. And I think one of the very recent examples of that is if we look at the organization Zoom.
