I think Yavithura is a morphic mimicry. We adopt a lot of these fashions of the West, which really don't fit here. It's going to exclude perhaps the most important people in your group or they will come at the cost of something else. And there's no need to do any of this team building stuff because it doesn't help. Showing each other's vulnerabilities and behaving like clowns is not really how I want to bond with my team.
