What Does Dopamine Do for the Body?

There was this dopamine increase that was there and it lasted. It was a slow sort of release over a while. As soon as we shut down the social media, we can definitely see this in kids as well. They crash afterwards. But when we do cold immersion and also actually going into the heat, we could see that this increase in dopamine and noradrenaline and also endorphins, it's going to last for hours afterwards. So nature is really clever in this way, it has really thought about or it just happened actually that we benefit from being out in nature  and then we were born into this. We were made in this. So it's in our DNA and
