Ten years ago, it was more about being as strong as possible. Now movement quality is so much more impressive. I admire someone that is putting in effort and using a full range of motion regardless of the load. It's also telling that there was a phase in my life where anybody that met me who was, you know, it was obvious I was a fitness guy.
