I was asked the other day, do you think computers will exceed human beings in intelligence in the next two decades? And I said, yes, because at the moment we're planning to meet them halfway. We're reducing human capability. It's more these days about gathering and repeating information if you look at the latest AI stuff rather than learning. The danger is we're losing that capacity as a species,. given the information centricity of our society.
