We're going to talk about blood flow restriction training. It's the process of restricting blood flow out of the working muscle by wrapping a tourniquet like strap at the top of your arms or legs. This restriction creates numerous changes within the body during exercise that has been found to increase muscle strength, in size and optimize recovery from injury. And here's the kicker, it does all with extremely light weights.
