I've experienced it first hand over the past few months wof doing more morzone to. Now i can go six, seven, eight rounds in a row without needing rest because my recovery time is so much. It's incredibleyeand that's the niceting about zone too, is tits not it's not increasing your fatigue. And if you're able to get in three or four more rounds every single week, its you'll progress as far in six months as you previously would have, eight to ten.
