A lot of writers are comfortable with isolation, but not necessarily comfortable playing in a room. So I think with playwriting, you have to have the social self and also be content to sit in a room for 24 hours and do your writing. With playwriting, writing something really, really dumb is sometimes the answer or people looking to you for wisdom.
