How to Balance Your Brain to Avoid Addiction
There are a couple of supplements that I remember seeing either anecdotal evidence or clinical studies showing that people were not as prone to addiction when they were using it. The serotonin pathway goes L-triptophan to 5HTP to serotonin to melatonin. People take too high of a dose and get themselves into trouble. So what you do is what I use is because I use so much to boost dopamine, I have to keep serotonin in balance. And when I feel like my serotonin is a little bit out of whack compared to dopamine, I just put 25 milligrams under my tongue.
