Is the Flat Iron Steak Still Featured at Dylan's?
The flat iron steak is something that was pieced out as part of NCBA's new product development, gosh, 20 years ago. I've noticed post-pandemic, and a neighbor of mine ask, why can't I buy a flat iron at Dylan's anymore? And I would presume, and you may know this from working with different clients, I would presume that's a labor situation in the plant. That takes a lot of extra knife work.
