Is It a Good Thing or a Bad Thing?
There's so much misinformation about there whether it's a good thing, it's a bad thing. It's hard to measure things where we humans have a placeba and some things have a greater placebo response than others. There is the am use of ice baths post significant physical exertion. That is about muscle, very muscle break down and fatigue. And i'm supercurious hearing from a professional, what the hell is really at the core of ice bats or taking a cold shower in the morning or night.
