How to Get Back to Yourself and Feel Good

Focus on your breath and just think about how good the sensations are for your body, that is going to be super helpful. Do you need something with more weight like a weighted blanket? You know, maybe you need a weighted blanket with an eye mask on in the middle of the day to shut all the light out. Boundaries are something that can be really hard to put into place because we give ourselves so much,. especially as women, we sometimes sacrifice our needs over what somebody else needs. And it's okay, you know, taking care of yourself and filling your cup first and foremost is always going to feed the other people around you with greater joy or availability.
