The Importance of Regenerative Agriculture

I've been partnering with a local farm here in Aubrey and called Wokey Farm. They basically have a whole full stack regenerative farm that has pigs, that are pastured pigs, pastured hens and cattle. And they all move around the pastures at different times. But essentially the food tastes amazing. And it is the highest quality food. So I really encourage my patients if they're going down to low carbon, kind of a rabbit hole and journey to really source the high quality food from farmers like the WokeyFarm.
