The Risks of Running Volume
Compared to running I wouldn't say the same about running volume because I think it's a huge different if you are running let's say as an age group athlete. If you're running like three four times a week, which is definitely a solid amount of running sessions and every session has like 45 to 60 minutes for example then you're already running potentially up to four hours a week. That pretty much comes near a limiting factor where you can still say okay 40 cases fine if you keep training stress and balance but double the volume would be very risky. Just go for it and have fun on the other hand extending your run from one to two hour or even from one and a half to a two
