Sir John Major started to have a discussion, what he called the series of principles that cannot be violated as we continue our conversation. The idea here is that as you create a clear parameter, as people can know, well, I'm not going to get taken advantage of here. And so they're able to open up more fully and put more of their creative energy into the dialogue. So here's in favor, not only of win-win thinking, but of can't lose, can't lose thinking.
