How to Add Instant Pleasure to Your Habits

You need to be able to add a little bit of immediate pleasure to the habits with delayed rewards. So, you know, just so you're kind of conditioning yourself into liking the habits that you want and disliking the others. I was going to say you put something like sweet, like a sauce on it. But at least it's gives you that sort of like bang for your buck in a moment. What are you trying for your bite? You think you're like eating a vegetable and then straight away like a bite of chewing on some meat or something. Like a chocolate button or something.
