How to Red Team Yourself to Disrupt a Startup
Tim Ferris: I think Red Teaming is an incredibly powerful concept. In the process of trying to figure out how to take down a company, you might actually come up with a fantastic idea for a startup that ends up being usually successful. You don't want to wait for other people to identify your weak spots and then you're in a very reactive mode. It could be as simple as talking to a hacker like Sammy Kamkar, who created the fastest growing virus of all time. For instance, this is a role playing version of red teaming, but you can do it yourself.
