When colvid started, i was doing seven hours and forty minutes on my phone every day. On days where i was doing ten hours a day, right? And i think i got very serious about that. If it hadn't been for social medy is part of my job, like i need to send positive messages to the world as part what i do, which now takes an hour and forty minutes of me a day. I really believe that working ind digital habits is a practice, in the same way that you don't get fit once. You have to keep doing it. Some people may be fundamentally opposed to tech yet there are no silver bullets here. Or there could be somebody else
