Valtech's Approach to Acquisitions
Valtech is in the same market that everyone else is for, you know, three to 10 times EBITDA. Between 60 and 70% of the deal is settled up front; usually an earn out of six months to 18 months. Usually 20% of that is in shares in valtech, 10 to 20% depending on how we're structured. So I wouldn't say that it's the common best approach.
