The Path of Life
Use this first moment to continue settling in. Softening your face. Keeping your jaw down. And for the next 30 seconds or minute or so, just follow the natural rise and fall of your own breath. As you exhale, slowly close your eyes. All right. Hopefully you're nice and settled in now. So begin to visualize yourself walking along the path. Let's call this path the path of life. The path of your life. It may be long and winding. But no matter where your path has taken you up to this point, it has led you exactly here. You have to cross this river to keep going forward.
