Is There a Pandemic in HR?

The role of HR and the role of the CHR is going to continue to be elevated for the next few years. The pandemic was a uniquely human event that affected individuals, that affected people. In most cases, certainly the companies that I've spoken to, they're not seeing the numbers that justify some of the panic at the moment.
