The system hits all of the needs for an athlete, right? You want to build absolute strength and anybody on Twitter on any social media platform that's telling you that absolute strength isn't important would either unfollow them or seriously question what they're doing. The stronger you get the the more bumps your percentage in your dynamic effort days. And so if I can get my squad to 300 pounds, now I'm moving 150 pounds with 25% band tension,. which equates to 225 at the top.
