The Difference Between the Ketogenic Diet and Exogenous Ketone Supplements

There are levels of concentrations of keto-oxibutrient that would probably not really get up above one. Ketone salt will get people up to around one millimolar. But with the ingestion of the ketone esters, again, does depend on obviously. You're seeing values in the two, three, four, five millimole range. So I don't think it's the equivalent that you'd like me to see on the ketogenic diet.
