strength is a phenomenal metric. In this case, because if you're getting stronger, then we know we're doing a lot of things right. But it doesn't necessarily mean they got leaner or they're doing things the right way. The first thing I'm going to do with an individual like that is try to reduce heavily processed foods and stick to whole natural foods. That also has a pretty profound effect on satiety. So long as you kind of stay away from the heavily processed food, go for it.
