Radical candor is what happens when you're able to care personally and challenge directly at the same time. Sometimes we challenge directly, but we forget the show that we care personally. And that I call obnoxious aggression. In the first draft of the book, I called that the asshole quadrant because it seems more radically candid. But I stopped doing that for a really important reason.
