If it's personality based, then I think it's better to try to keep that person on and either transition them out over some period of time usually six to 12 months or just keep them. You're going to make a lot more money by having a centralized media team that's providing shared services to create the content. We've also had no problem reaching out to our Facebook reps and consolidating groups. So if we have four groups around a particular topic, we'll just consolidate them into the one that's the best keyword search.
