Lead it leaders have a really stressful job. I know that there are stresses that they are under, but there is no excuse for them to put that pressure onto their teachers. Keep the stress away from teachers. Don't make teachers reinvent the wheel. Planning from scratch takes an awful long time. And I think there are some teachers who like to plan from scratch, but once they experience the opposite, they will realize that they've been spending so much time doing something that somebody's already done to a quite a high standard.
