How Important Are Sleep Routines?

It's not a one size fits all things, but i definitely think there is some level of benefit for anybody to have a way of starting your day. It may look like actually getting up out of bed, brushing your teeth, washing your face and getting to work on time. And so i do think it can help, again, with intentionality, and again, the comfort of having those routines, for sure.
