How to Get Aligned in a Deal
The Microsofts of the world or those kinds of size with companies like they must have a monthly or bi-weekly newsletter update. I think it's important especially amongst the key executives that everyone's aligned in a deal is there a preferred format that you have? It can be done on a one-on-one basis it can be done in a group setting it really depends on the company and the founding team. The frequency of those specific meetings that happen as you progress through a deal are pretty important early not necessarily on the first stage but once you pass the initial we're interested we want to do this it's really important to start getting that alignment.
