If I had my healing to do over again, I'd just be religious about my daily practice and I'd really do it thoroughly twice a day without fail. And I would not quit because somebody in my life found it inconvenient. What I know now is that when things don't go my way, a lot of times that is progress. That's what it looks like is something that's not working falls away. It's just safe and smart to keep up your healing practice through good times and bad.
