Using the Breath as an Anchor
Miss brit asks us to use the breath as an anchor for our mind and body. She moves up, if it's ok with you, moving up quite close to the sensations of breathing. Some people like to put their hands on their belly or their chest and use that as an anchor. If you're not feeling comfortable in your body at all, maybe hearing is a good anchor.
