Is There an Element of Cultural Bias in the Retrospective Practice?
Over a third of our users are in Germany and the Netherlands. I've noticed an anecdotal bias in the US for harsh feedback, not harsh, let's call it honest, honest feedback to be delivered one on one. German seem to have much less of that bias. And so they can chew through more organizational tension in a group setting which makes them more efficient with their time. They tend to do that in a retrospective. That's been really cool for us to see.
