The Book of Jonah - The Hardest Thing to Control

Utopia will always remain an ideal and never a reality. The world is heaven or hell to varying degrees depending on what our mind looks like. When we identify fully with our minds, we find ourselves enraged and personally threatened when another criticises us. We are not fear and we are not hatred. These emotions only keep us shackled to a level of consciousness that we have every ability to move beyond.
