How to Meditate
When you get to a really comfortable position, whether it's on a couch or chair lying on a floor. Bring your attention into a part of your body that you're normally only remotely aware of. For example, bring your attention into the right foot. If there's anything in your right foot that you can relax. Release, soften, make comfortable, just do that. Then bring your attention to the left foot. As you become aware of how the blinking pulsing sensory impressions of your left foot. And then bring your awareness back to your right calf. Right and then left thighs, right and then left buttocks. That's why you're out. I totally understand why people would switch off
