Ayeyeso's workout for the day was a 20 repmacx squat, no belt, no knee sleeves or anything like that. He does 20 raps, and then after that he does heavy singles. The 20 rub squats, their nice gimmock, um, they suck. And would i suggest anyone actually? Likei they're not fun.
