The Best Way of Getting Good of Building Stuff
The first thing to do is get good at being a solpengineu ge of building stuff. You don't want to jump too quick into this leadership business before you have the skill to back that up. The second thing i say, when you study the transition from, say, son you engineer to staff plus engineer, is understanding that the nature of the role changes. It's far more leverage. Its farmer about haw pin you can empower other people to do stuff. And farme, about how you can make highr quality decisions by understanding perspectives others and disinvolve skills we don't necessarily naturally learn.
