Spencer Greenbird: For someone who is new to meditation, are there one or two books that you think are really great places to start? He says a lot of the good apps are basic guided meditations and learn some basic skills. "You know, cool places to start not realize there's vast worlds beyond them," he says. Greene Bird: Just if you start getting into something that seems more interesting, make sure to branch out and up the level of sources you're reading.
