How to List Your Boundaries
We're going to start with doing a resentment inventory. If we can identify where we're holding resentment in life, this tells us either a need is being met or that a boundary needs to be established. Once you know what your resentments are, then you can go, okay. I feel resentment towards Bob. Why? Because Bob asks me to do X, Y, and Z or because Bob is a slacker on my team and I pick up the slack for Bob. And when we need to make a boundary with people that we really love, we can always start with sweetness. It doesn't mean the person's going to do it, but it's a non threatening way.
